Better sleep for Lancaster, built and delivered by Electropedic

Antelope Valley winds, blazing July afternoons and frosty January nights are hard enough on the body. Coming home to a lumpy mattress, or a bed so tall that climbing out feels risky, makes recovery even harder. Electropedic offers Lancaster a better way to rest. Our family started building beds in 1964, and today we handcraft natural organic latex mattresses and pair them with proven adjustable beds, hi-lo hospital beds and bariatric beds. Buying factory direct means you skip the warehouse-store markup and talk with the very people who make, deliver and repair what you buy. Our trucks make the trip up the 14 to neighborhoods all over Lancaster, from homes near The BLVD downtown to West Lancaster, Quartz Hill and the streets around Apollo Park. The crew assembles your bed, shows you every control and takes the old one away. Rentals, used beds and financing are available too. Call today for a straightforward quote.

We also serve the neighborhoods around Lancaster, including Palmdale, Quartz Hill, Rosamond, Littlerock, Lake Los Angeles and Antelope Acres.

Latexpedic makes America's best-built organic mattresses

Shoppers rarely see what is inside a big-brand mattress, and that is no accident. Layers of petroleum-based foam, polyester batting and chemical flame barriers are cheap to produce, yet they reach the showroom carrying two or three separate markups. Latexpedic was started by Henry Kraus to give families a cleaner, fairer alternative. In our own factory, craftsmen assemble each mattress individually from just three ingredients: latex harvested from rubber trees, cotton for the quilting and wool, a fiber that resists flame naturally without added chemicals. Talalay and Dunlop are both natural organic latex, and our Dunlop models earn organic certification and come wrapped in GOTS-certified organic cotton and wool. Each finished mattress receives its own serial number, is inspected before it leaves and carries a 20-year limited warranty. If the feel is not quite right, a ten-day firmness exchange costs only $89. No middlemen, no shortcuts: just America's best-built organic mattresses, sold direct.

  • No middleman and no department-store markup
  • Handmade one at a time in our own factory
  • Only latex, cotton and wool
  • 20-year limited warranty
  • $89 firmness exchange within 10 days

Lancaster natural organic latex mattresses

Handmade in our own factory, sold factory direct, and designed to flex with every adjustable and hi-low bed we carry.

The Ultimate 12-Inch Organic Latex Mattress

Feature: The Ultimate is assembled from three individual layers of natural organic latex totaling twelve inches, and you set the firmness of each layer separately, in Talalay or certified organic Dunlop, beneath cotton and wool quilting. Advantage: rather than forcing your body to adapt to a generic mattress, the layers are arranged to match your build and sleeping position, and the zipper cover lets you swap or reorder them years later if your needs change. Benefit: a bed that feels personally fitted from night one and keeps that feeling far longer than conventional mattresses. Each Ultimate is handmade, serialized and checked in nine key areas, then backed by a twenty-year limited warranty, and a ten-day firmness exchange costs just $89. Breathable, naturally hypoallergenic and flexible enough for any adjustable base, it is the most refined mattress our family builds, now delivered across the Antelope Valley.

  • Three latex layers, each in the firmness you choose
  • Natural Talalay or certified organic Dunlop latex
  • Handmade, serialized and tested in nine key areas
  • Zipper cover and 20-year limited warranty

The 10-Inch Natural Organic Latex Mattress

Stiff shoulders, a numb arm or an aching lower back first thing in the morning usually means one thing: the mattress is either sagging or pushing back too hard. Our best-selling 10-Inch all-latex mattress corrects both. Its comfort layers soften under the shoulders and hips, where side sleepers carry up to seven times more pressure, while a firmer core keeps the spine level. Because latex is natural rubber instead of petroleum foam, it rebounds every night and keeps its shape for many years. Cotton and wool quilting covers both sides, so the mattress can be flipped, and handles plus a zippered cover allow its layers to be changed later. Pick natural organic Talalay for buoyancy or certified organic Dunlop for a more solid feel, in Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm. It works beautifully on every adjustable, hi-lo and bariatric bed we offer, and it breathes well on warm nights.

  • Our most requested mattress
  • Reversible and quilted on both sides
  • Soft, Regular Firm, Extra Firm or Ultra Firm
  • Flexes with every adjustable and hi-low bed

The 7-Inch Natural Organic Latex Mattress

Standard mattresses fight against hospital and hi-lo beds. They are often too thick to bend at the hinges, they creep toward the foot of the bed, and they lift the sleeper above the top of the side rails. The 7-Inch all-latex mattress was created specifically to avoid those problems. Its trim profile bends cleanly with every movement of the frame, stays put and keeps the person resting safely inside the rails. Choose natural organic Talalay latex for a light, springy surface, or certified organic Dunlop with organic cotton and wool for a firmer, denser feel that extends to Orthopedic Firm. In both versions, latex supports the body immediately, helping maintain spinal alignment and limiting the pressure that causes restless nights. Its open cells breathe for cooler sleep through hot desert summers, and latex is naturally hypoallergenic. Quilted on both sides, it includes handles and a zipper cover so comfort layers can be changed.

  • Low profile, ideal for adjustable and hi-low beds
  • Natural organic Talalay or Dunlop latex
  • Leaves room for side rails
  • Four firmness choices

Lancaster Electropedic adjustable beds

Our own adjustable bed, built since 1964 to look exactly like the bed you have now.

Electropedic WH2 Adjustable Bed

Lying flat every night can quietly make several problems worse. Stomach acid creeps upward, snoring grows louder, fluid pools in tired ankles and the lower back stiffens by dawn. Electropedic created the WH2 to break that pattern. Inside a frame that resembles any traditional bed sit two direct-drive lift motors, controlled by a backlit wireless remote you can read in the dark. One button sets zero gravity, which lifts the legs and upper body together to spread weight evenly and ease the spine. Two massage zones offer three speeds and 10, 20 or 30 minute timers. As the head rises, the wall-hugger design shifts the bed backward so your bedside table stays close. Battery backup lowers it during an outage, and the 850-pound rating keeps it steady. Twin through California King and both Dual sizes are available, and our own 20-year limited warranty protects your purchase.

  • Quiet head and foot motors with massage
  • Twin to Dual King and California King
  • 74, 80 and 84 inch lengths
  • 20-year limited parts warranty

Leggett & Platt Prodigy Adjustable Bed

Watching television propped on three pillows usually ends with a sore neck, and lying flat after dinner can bring on heartburn or congestion. A power base solves both, and the Leggett & Platt Prodigy is one of the smoothest we carry. Quiet motors lift the head and the feet independently from a simple wireless remote, so you can sit up straight, raise swollen legs or ease into zero gravity, a reclined position that balances body weight and relaxes the lower back. Preset buttons recall favorite angles, and massage helps the day melt away. Because Electropedic services more than fifty brands, we can set the Prodigy next to our own Electropedic WH2 and explain the trade-offs candidly, so you choose what fits your body and budget. Top either base with a Latexpedic natural organic latex mattress for the best result. Both Prodigy videos are in the gallery below.

  • Head and foot articulation
  • Simple wireless remote
  • Compare it side by side with the WH2
  • Sold and serviced by Electropedic

Lancaster hi-low adjustable and home-care beds

Fully electric beds that raise and lower for safer transfers and easier caregiving, in furniture you will be proud to show off.

Supernal 3 Hi-Low Adjustable Bed

Feature: the Supernal 3 is a hi-lo bed with three electric motors governing the head, the knees and the height of the entire deck, all concealed behind tailored upholstery. Advantage: lowering the mattress to 10.5 inches lets you sit with both feet flat before standing, and raising it to 20.5 inches gives a caregiver a comfortable, back-friendly working height. Benefit: fewer slips at the bedside, less strain for the person helping you and a room that still looks warm and personal. A European-style head tilt supports your neck while reading, variable massage soothes stiff muscles, and the backlit remote is easy to spot at night. If the power fails, emergency lowering brings the bed down safely. Its wall-hugging movement keeps essentials beside you as the bed adjusts. Optional half rails, soft bamboo rail covers and locking casters let it grow with your needs. Choose from Twin, Full or Queen.

  • Head, foot and hi-low motors with tilt and massage
  • 10.5 to 20.5 inch deck height
  • Twin, Full and Queen
  • Optional half rails and locking casters

Supernal 5 Hi-Low Bed with Trendelenburg

Doctors sometimes ask families to angle the whole bed, head lower or feet lower, to support circulation, breathing or reflux. Most residential beds cannot do that, and most hospital beds that can look stark and cold. The Supernal 5 closes that gap. Five powered functions combine head, foot and full-height movement with true Trendelenburg, reverse Trendelenburg and a cardiac chair position, to be used as your physician directs. Its deck travels from 12 to 24 inches, high enough for a caregiver to work standing upright and low enough for steadier transfers. All of the electrical hardware sits inside a padded, furniture-style enclosure, so the bedroom keeps its personality. Sizes include Twin, Full and Queen, along with a Dual King made of two independently controlled halves. You can watch the Supernal 5 move in our video gallery, and our Antelope Valley delivery team will install it and stay available for service.

  • Trendelenburg, reverse Trendelenburg and cardiac chair
  • 12 to 24 inch hi-low range
  • Twin, Full, Queen and Dual King
  • Hidden electronics, furniture-grade design

Ergomotion Ascend High-Low Adjustable Bed with Tilt

Back sleepers have enjoyed adjustable beds for decades, but side and stomach sleepers were mostly left out, because bending a bed at the waist twists the body into an awkward curve. Ergomotion designed the Ascend to fix that. Instead of folding, the entire platform tilts as one piece, creating a smooth incline that helps reduce snoring and nighttime reflux while you stay in your preferred position. Seven inches of vertical travel let you set the mattress at the ideal height for sitting down and getting up, a real advantage for stiff knees. Separate head and foot motors still create a lounge angle for reading, the Zero Gravity preset relaxes the lower back, and three memory buttons save favorite positions. Double-click and it returns to flat. Under-bed lighting, an optional support rail and a zero-clearance base round out the package. Twin XL, Full, Queen and Split King carry a 10-year limited manufacturer warranty.

  • Full-bed tilt for side and stomach sleepers
  • 7 inches of height adjustment
  • Double-click to flat
  • 10-year limited manufacturer warranty

Dawn House Smart Hi-Low Bed

Feature: the Dawn House Bed combines adjustable height, an optional support rail that follows every movement, and built-in biometric sensors that monitor heart rate, breathing, movement and sleep stages without any wearable device. Advantage: the companion app turns that information into simple daily and weekly reports that adult children and physicians can check from anywhere, while voice commands, a wireless remote or a phone control every function. Benefit: an aging parent keeps the dignity of living at home in Lancaster, and the family gains early warning if something changes. Motion-sensing lights beneath the frame illuminate the floor the instant feet touch down, the automatic anti-snore mode raises the head when snoring starts, and Rise to Wake lifts the sleeper gently each morning. Zero-G positioning relaxes the spine and built-in massage eases sore muscles. Finished in soft, residential upholstery, this award-winning bed looks like fine furniture while quietly looking after someone you love.

  • Passive heart-rate, breathing and sleep sensors
  • Adjustable height and optional support rail
  • Under-bed lighting, Rise to Wake and anti-snore
  • Voice, remote and app control

Flexabed Hi-Low SL Adjustable Bed

Feature: the Flex-A-Bed Hi-Low SL uses three electric motors to raise the head, raise the knees and lift the whole mattress vertically, and every unit is custom built in LaFayette, Georgia, by a company that has handcrafted beds since 1969. Advantage: a caregiver can elevate the bed to waist height for bathing, dressing or repositioning, then lower it for a secure transfer, and split versions let two sleepers adjust their sides independently. Benefit: caregivers protect their backs, the person in the bed stays safer, and the bedroom keeps the look of quality furniture. The reinforced frame supports 400 pounds as a single and 700 pounds as a dual, and factory-mounted plates accept as many as four optional side rails with covers. Underbed lighting and app control can be added. A limited lifetime warranty covers every part of the bed and even passes to the next owner. Two Flexabed videos appear in our gallery.

  • Vertical hi-low lift with independent head and foot
  • 400 lb single, 700 lb dual capacity
  • Mounting plates for optional side rails
  • Limited lifetime, transferable warranty

Tuffcare Century Hospital Beds

Feature: Tuffcare Century T7036 and T7042 long-term care beds include a five-function pendant that moves the bed into Trendelenburg, reverse Trendelenburg and a lawn-chair recline. Advantage: the T7036 offers a 36 by 80 inch surface rated for up to 600 pounds, the T7042 expands to 42 by 80 inches for a modest additional cost, and the deck splits into two sections for easier delivery and moving. Benefit: dependable clinical function at home, with protection against the power interruptions that High Desert windstorms sometimes bring. A seven-minute external battery keeps the bed operating through an outage, eight locking swivel casters hold it firmly in place, and nine inches of space under the recessed frame makes housekeeping simple. Optional half rails add security when needed. For residents managing chronic conditions, the Tuffcare Century delivers serious capability, quiet operation and a fair price, all supported by Electropedic's own technicians.

  • Five-function pendant with Trendelenburg
  • 36 x 80 and 42 x 80 inch sizes
  • Up to 600 lb. capacity on the T7036

Feature: Electropedic carries bariatric and extra-wide hospital beds rated for as much as 1,000 pounds, in 42, 48, 53 and 60 inch widths, from manufacturers such as Drive Medical, Medline and Tuffcare. Advantage: the wider deck and heavier frame give real space to turn and reposition, powered height adjustment helps caregivers and transfers, and motorized head and foot sections support breathing and circulation. Benefit: the person in the bed feels secure and comfortable rather than confined, and everyone who helps works with less strain and more confidence. We can size a natural latex mattress to match any of these frames for lasting pressure relief, and compression stockings and other circulation supplies are available. Lift chairs, scooters, stair lifts and wheelchairs in Lancaster

Electropedic is more than beds. Since 1964 we have helped Antelope Valley families stay safe and independent at home with mobility products we sell, deliver, install and service ourselves.

Why Lancaster chooses Electropedic

Choosing the wrong company can turn a bed purchase into a headache. Chain stores push whatever is on sale, online sellers leave a heavy carton at the door, and nobody returns your call when a motor quits two years later. Electropedic works differently. Our family has run the business since 1964, holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and serves as the authorized dealer and service center for more than fifty home-care manufacturers. That repair experience shapes every recommendation we make. The store is open seven days, never undersold, and offers new, used, rental and financing options. When you call, a specialist begins by asking how you sleep, where it hurts and who helps you, then suggests what truly fits. More than a quarter of our sales come from referrals and returning customers. Our own crews deliver, install and service throughout Lancaster, Palmdale, Quartz Hill and all of California.
